Brad has been great about watching what he eats, but Saturdays are usually his splurge day and he lets himself have one football food treat. He has also been having fun doing a little of his own cooking. I think coming up with his own juice recipes has given him some confidence with other cooking skills. :)

"If I died right now I'd be a happy man." were his thoughts after eating his first one. :) So, for those of you who like this kind of food, just wanted to share. :)
I'll pass this recipe on to John. Sydney loves mini bell peppers, so we may have to try a non-spicy version. She loves watching football with her dad. Might be a fun snack for them to share on such occasions.
