Ms. L got a virus just as school was about to let out for spring break, so we had some chill home days while we waited for her to recover.
We fit in some cold-weather books we hadn't had time to read aloud earlier in the year. It was mostly a cold-weather week too!
We enjoyed a special ice cream treat and Lorelei met up with a friend. We followed that up with a trip to half-price books!
Makin purchased a new game we tried out.
It got cold again so we had a chance to use our hot chocolate bombs.
We enjoyed some special movies at our local theater, which shows some older movies. Brad took the kids to another Harry Potter movie and then as a family we went to see Hook.
Brad got Tim Allen tickets for Christmas and enjoyed a night out for some laughs.
We celebrated half birthdays with their treat-of-choice!
Waco Meet-Up
I met up with Mary in Waco for a small birthday celebration!
Garden Hopes
This kiddo is still loving plants and hopes to get some sort of garden going this spring.
Nana came for a spring visit.

Got to catch a flag football game! |
Kicking Off Flag and Polynesian Prep
Makin started spring flag football. Lorelei is spending some time in class working to make bracelets and anklets for their spring recital. Her teacher wanted them to have this experience as they would in Hawaii.
Of course, keeping us always hopping are OM workdays. We still meet twice a week (most weeks) as we prepare for state. We are attempting to do 5 Spontaneous and 5 Rehearsals each meeting, so they are working hard!
