Christmas Highlights Week 1

We went to see the movie "The Star" with the 1st grade class. (Lorelei was thankful to have two classmates along for this as well!) Such a great movie and we had the entire theater to ourselves because we went at 9:50 on a Friday morning!













This isn't Christmas related, but it just had to be posted! :) While Lorelei enjoyed Nayeli's birthday party, Makin and Charlie headed to the park to play laser tag. These two are such good buddies and have so much fun together. Makes my heart happy.

We had our traditional books-and-jammies-under-the-tree but the kids had gotten dressed after showers and didn't want to change. I love that we have so many Christmas books to enjoy.














We had quite the Santa Day. (Mall and Fire Truck....)

So this week was a lot of "not pictured" events. We do have something for each day of December, but quite a few I don't take pictures of. Please know the kids are learning that acts of kindness are a big part of Christmas and can be fun as well!  More picture-worthy fun coming soon though. ;)
