Cooler Weather = Happy Faces!

We spent much of Saturday outside. We hung out with the Furr ladies at their garage sale for a couple hours in the morning, and then after nap just spent the rest of the day playing in the backyard. So, so thankful for having a backyard on days like today. Crossing our fingers that we can keep some nice weather like this for a couple of months! Can you believe its October!? :)

Lorelei decided it would be a lot of fun to roll down the hill today. She loved it and boy is it hard to get a good picture of that! :) Lots of giggles and lots of fun. The one of Makin on his knees is when he thought maybe he would want to roll too...when I tried to help him roll he grabbed onto the grass for dear life and decided he might wait to do that when he is older. :)





This guy is going to need his own bat. One of his favorite things to do is run over and get the ball just as his sister is trying to hit it...which results in either lots of yelling from her or him getting hit...He is determined to play as well, even though its quite the effort to lift that bat. He kept just tapping the ball off the tee, but can't expect too big a swing yet. ;) Only a matter of time...
