Oh summer! I love it so much! We are keeping it a bit simpler this year and really enjoying that.
Lorelei and Lexi had a lemonade stand on the Saturday of the community garage sales. Lorelei took her proceeds and donated them to CMA.
The boys fit in a couple of rounds of golf before the major heat wave hit.
We got a monthly membership for two months (we will see if we add one more) and the kids are really enjoying our time there. We plan to go once a week.
I was on a hunt for some school books and the kids were excited to bring their money to see what treasures they could find. Lorelei was thrilled she found the biggest book in the store.

Always love our pool time! We are so thankful it is finally fully open all hours again this summer! We typically go in the morning and have the pool to ourselves!

Brad's Birthday
Brad celebrated with golf, some favorite foods (an extra special treat when you are on a strict diet!), some family games, and the new Top Gun movie at the theater.

We enjoyed a full day of fun because our anniversary fell on a Saturday this year! We headed to the lake, had a lunch date out, and then made short-order shrimp (three kinds) for supper.
We needed to get this girl some more yarn for her latest favorite past-time so we made it more like a date getting an Oreo shake treat while we shopped.
