Husker Game Day

It's a Friday-after-Thanksgiving tradition to watch Nebraska play Iowa. It was a discouraging game, but at least Makin's feet looked cute?

Canton Trade Days/November Date 2

We headed to Canton for some thrift/craft shopping. The kids each got to go with a friend and loved the independence of walking around with their friend. Meanwhile, Brad and I enjoyed time shopping just the two of us! (We weren't sure if both friends could make it, so that is why we fit in a date earlier that week!)

Kicking Off Christmas at PGA

We drove right from Canton to the PGA in time to catch their tree lighting and drone show. In case you haven't realized...we love a drone show! :)

Birthday

After the busy fun Saturday, my actual birthday was mostly just relaxing. We went to church, grabbed Greek food for lunch, had some down time and then had an long movie night watching the second Anne of Green Gables. Dessert was Pumpkin Pie Concrete a friend bought for me that I saved for the occasion!

Thanksgiving

Our Thanksgiving was low-key as it was just the four of us hanging out for the day.

Lorelei is excited anytime she is offered coffee (with steamed milk) and she was thrilled to have some that morning while we watched the pre-parade coverage.

We enjoyed the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade and had egg casseroles and cinnamon muffins for breakfast.

Watson thought it was blissful to have his people on the couch for hours in the morning.

We enjoyed our favorite Thanksgiving foods for a late lunch.

Played some games.

And had dessert in front of the firepit.

We were then influenced by a text from my sister and decided to watch the same movie she decided to watch that evening - While You Were Sleeping.

Thankful for a relaxing day with time together!

Mr. Darcy's Dance

The library had a free event called Mr. Darcy's Dance, and we just couldn't pass up the opportunity for this type of experience when the girls are reading Pride and Prejudice! What fun timing!

Adventure Club

We enjoyed a beautiful hike on a new-to-us trail. So thankful for this group of friends.

It's been too many years since we sent a family photo out with our Christmas cards, so we made sure to take one this year. Thankful for a selfie stick and remote control to go with it!

Popstroke

Still enjoying our Popstroke membership weekly. The boys also love playing ping pong. And snacky lunches.

One week Kody was sick, so we enjoyed a mother/son Popstroke date!
