House House House!!! Sooo Excited!

Can you tell I just had a 5 hour break from my children? I actually have the energy to type in exclamation marks. :)

Choosing the stuff for our house seemed like it was going to be stressful, but it was made pretty easy for us working with a designer who helped guide us along the way but was not pushy at all. It took almost the full three hours but went very smoothly. We are very excited about everything we chose and can't wait to see it all come together.

These are the choices for the inside. Left are the rocks for the fireplace, wood floors (the dark one) in two rooms, tile in all wet areas and kitchen, carpet in bedrooms and hallways, the square is part of the back-splash with the tiles, the little squares go in the master bath and then obviously you can tell what the cabinet is. :)

And as for the kids? Auntie Di came over to watch them and said they were very good. The Hilpert women must have sleeping pixie dust in their pockets because Lorelei took a 2 1/2 hr nap. I seem to remember her sleeping awesome for Jeanette when she was at our place too...I may just have to make one of them live with us forever. :) Anyway both kids were completely happy when we got home and Auntie Di was all in one piece. :) She said she told the hair stylist this morning what she was doing today and she said "Do they know how old you are!?" :) But she doesn't seem that old to us and we are so glad our kids can get to know her. :) Thank you Auntie Di!
