Brad's Progress

Brad had been exercising at least 5 days a week and been blending/juicing two meals about 5 days a week and eating suppers with us for the majority of August and September.

The kids usually try his drink and I love that they see healthy habits.

To get a jump start on getting healthier and shed some more pounds he decided to do another juice fast. This means he has juice for every meal (only veggies and fruits) and he is also having one egg and some almonds for protein since he is exercising as well. He is also taking garcinia cambogia to help the process.

http://www.rebootwithjoe.com/watch-fat-sick-and-nearly-dead/ is a great example of how powerful a juice fast can be and great to watch even to just help you make healthier eating choices! Two men do 60 day juice fast to greatly impact their health and its amazing and encouraging to see.

Just a couple of examples of what he would have in one juice. Gotta love having this many veggies times three in your system every day!





He fasted for 9 days and lost about 11 pounds. (Maybe twelve if you want to count weighing the next day!)

He was wishing he lost more so we took a field trip to Super Saver for a glimpse of 10 lbs of ground beef.

Now he is working on juicing only for a few days and juicing/eating suppers a few days so hoping for lots more progress coming up! :)
