Home Depot, Ice Cream Truck and Glow Sticks

We needed a low-key weekend to attempt to do small things around the house and that was pretty much what we had. We almost forgot the Home Depot workshop, but glad we remembered just in time as Lorelei always loves going. It was great getting our Mommy/Makin time too. Other than that we took it easy and got a few chores done.

When we were outside after supper Saturday evening, we couldn't resist a chance for the kids to experience the ice cream truck. Brad said Lorelei walked right up order and said, "I want mint." :) She decided on the little blonde girl after being told there was no mint. After finding out the prices...we will have no problem resisting the rest of the summer! :) They enjoyed their treats though!


Sunday Night we did a bath time surprise! Another Pinterest idea was a big hit: glow sticks in the bathtub! I love the brilliant things other people think of for me!!! The kids loved it.
