Rainy Thursday

Okay. So we stayed home again. It was just easier because Brad was coming home early since he was heading to a Bible study at church tonight, where they were going to watch and discuss the movie Courageous...so anyway, two days in a row at home. Yep, cabin fever already hitting.

A few of our adventures today...

Watching and listening to the rain. Lorelei was proud of herself for coming up a "special idea" to eat breakfast at the window.









The rain stopped for a bit, and at this point it was still warm, so we got out and enjoyed some puddles!



After a warm bath, outside a cold front came in. By then we were busy painting. This was the first time for Makin to paint like this. He loved it and did really well not eating any. :)



Decided it would be a fun surprise to bake cookies during nap so they had fresh cookies when they got up. :) They loved it.
